Appendicitis / appendectomy
Definition: Inflammation of the Cecum / Appendix
Can be:
• Acute Appendicitis
• Periapendikuler infiltrates
• Periapendikuler abscess
• Appendicitis perforate peritonitis accompanied by local or general peritonitis.
Symptoms:
• Pain around the navel to move to the lower right
• Fever
• Nausea mutah
• Can be accompanied Diarrhea / Pain In The Urine
Physical Examination:
• Pain press focused to McBurney / Right Down
• be accompanied defance muskulare / abdominal muscle stiffness
• Heat loss increases
• Can be palpable mass in the lower right on periapendikuler infiltrates / abscess
• Plug anal pain 09:00 to 11:00 hours
Therapy:
• Chronic Appendicitis: appendectomy, open or laparoscopy is planned
• Acute Appendicitis: an open appendectomy / laparoscopy soon
• Periapendikuler abscess / infiltrates / Peritonitis: laparotomy appendectomy
