Definition: The exit of organs in the abdominal cavity through the abdominal wall is weak
Can be:
· Ingunalis lateral hernia (above the groin on the lateral side / oval)
· Hernia Ingunalis medial (above the groin on the side of the Medial / round)
· Femoral hernia (inguinal ligament Under / Fold thigh / round)
· Incisional hernia (The operation scar)
Diagnosis:
· Lump on the groin, can be in and out Clinical
· can reponibilis (and out), ireponibilis (wedged), inkarserata (ileus: trouble CHAPTER / flatus), Strangulated (Great pain due to pinching)
Therapy:
· Operations immediately if inkaserata / Strangulated
· Operations planned to henia reponibilis and hernia ireponibilis
(Hernioraphy by Bassini / Shouldice or better by using Prolene Mesh (Lichtenstein)
